What's the Rom revision of the RAMFast?

It sounds like the RAMFast is getting it's memory reset.  I can't
explain the phantom drive, but that might be an artifact of the Rom
revision.

When a RAMFast is moved into another slot, or something changes on the
bus (like adding a new drive or changing a drive's ID), the RAMFast
will reset it's parameters to the standard shipping values.

At least, my 3.0k does this.

Formatting a floptical shouldn't have any effect.
