File Type Descriptors

  It seems that when Apple released 6.0.1, they upped the version in
the system's main FTD file to 1.1.  That's cool.  From what I can
tell, everything's the same, except that a new flag bit is used.  From
looking at the ftd file and at Finder's response to Get Info on files
with the new flag set, I have no friggin' idea what it means.  Does
anyone at Apple care to comment on what it's for?  Is there a newer
FTN which says what it represents?  Has anyone else looked at this?
