BZZZT! Try again. That is still Copyright infringement! THey still hold the
rights to the software eventhough they don't intend to sell it to you.
It is the same as you breaking into the wharehouse and physically stealing a
copy and upon capture saying, "But honestly officer, they wouldn't sell it
to me so I took it. That's not stealing, is it?"
