There's lots of sound editors out...I think the Sound Shop that comes on
Hyperstudio is actually pretty good, it converts between a lot of formats.
There is also the FTA Sound Edit program which you can get individually
and it's also in version 1.2 of NoiseTracker.  The only other one I can
think of offhand is Sound Studio, which is one of the earliest sound
programs to come out.  AudioZap should meet all your needs though...
