Nope, unless you're in graphics mode (HGR, etc.)

Though for some Strange Reason, my Apple Scribe could print colour text.
I have no idea why anyone would want to, besides, the colour really sucked.

The GS of course can modify its foreground/background colours, but [as
far as i understand] the screen can only display the entire text in one
colour.
