IIGS publishing

I want to Use my IIgs for desk top publishing. What exactly do I need?

Is there softwares that will allow me to print out quality graphics & text.
What scanners could I use with the IIgs?

I'm currently working on ad campaign for a Neon Lights Kits for motorcycles
and I'd like to use my IIgs (mainly because it's my favorite) to do the
work.

Any suggestionS? Ideas? Setup? Equipments needed?
