Here is a lame idea.. but it _would_ work... Pull up the icons
in your favorite icon editor. Use a screen grabber to save the screen
to disk. Convert the screen to a gif using superconvert or gifsave or
something. Load the gif into your mac. Cut the icons out into the
clipboard. Paste them into rezedit as an icon..
