Synergizer cp/m for apple ][+
Is anyone using/heard of the ALS synergizer cp/m card for the
apple ][+. This was a three card set (language card (add-ram),
80-col video card (smartterm), and a Z80-a card) for running
64k cp/m 2.2.2 on the apple ][+. It was also available without the
"add-ram" or smartterm card in a 48k version. It works with a
standard language card (run bigsys.com to reconfigure it from 48k
to 64k) and a videx 80 col card (do cntrl-A to get shiftkey mod
(lowercase mode) enabled). I picked one up at a hamfest with the
user manual and boot disk for $10. It seems to work fine.
I would like to find out how compatable this card is with the
much more common microsoft softcard. In particular, will
the kermit for the microsoft card work with the synergizer?
Anybody have a synergizer technical manual lying around that
they want to get rid of for cheap? Does the synergizer
cp/m disk format match the apple cp/m standard? And finally,
is the synergizer cp/m a fairly sturdy product compared
microsoft cp/m. Thanks for any info.
