There is another solution, that is somewhat more appealing since I used
DOS 3.3 and didn't want to have to first convert everything to Prodos and
then to Mac.  Go to a used stuff store and dig up an old serial card -
if you look, you can find them pretty cheap these days.  Plug it into
your apple II, get a null modem cable and link the mac to the Apple.
Get commo progs for both computers and send away.  It isn't as fast (I
was using a 1200 baud serial card - which was fast back in 1984) but I
didn't have that much data to transfer.  Most of the stuff that I did on
the Apple II's was saved in text format, as that was all that was really
available.  I have tried some of the things with the drives that have
been mentioned here as well as the last several times this thread has
surfaced, and most of them don't work, especially since they presume
that you used ProDOS, which I didn't.
