David,
	What I am concerned about is who will be responsible for what ever
maintenance will be required. Even if we get a 100 year warrantee, someone
must physically remove a broken unit and get it to the place where it will 
be repaired or replaced. Who will do that is not now defined, as far as I 
have read. Better to get this agreement up front than to argue over it while
a drive sits in the rack, broken and useless.
