I'd given up on the varied methods that everyone has out there for hooking
up their modems to a IIgs.  I took the bull by the horns and came up with a
setting that allows me to use my Intel 14.4ex with my IIgs, //e, and my
UNIX system.  If there's any interest in what my cable setup is (which
isn't THAT different from everyone elses) as well as the MODEM settings,
and the control panel, I'd be glad to pass it on.  FYI, using someone
else's ProTerm 3.0, we got transfer rates on a ZModem run to my IIgs of
2400+cps.  I think that's pretty good.  We had PT3 set for 38.4K BTW.
