It seems that the first post was corrupted, I've repost again as a single
file, so there is no need to worry about missing any parts.
and it's not packed, once you binscii it, you're set and than you just load
it as a mod.file.
Just to make sure that it's work I've unbinscii the one on Comp.binaries
not the original and it worked fine.
