I have not used AutoArk (yet) on the ][gs.  However, I would say that the
slowdown due to AutoDoubler on the Mac is not very noticeable unless you are
working with files that are in excess of 5 MB.  The decompress/execute
process for most applications that you will encounter actually takes place
in nearly the same amount of time as execution from the uncompressed state,
and in some cases is actually faster.
