Of course they don't work the same. Just do this experiement:

- set up 2 spaces in your Mac
- in 2nd space, start up Fusion in full screen mode

You can then move between Mac (1st space) and Windows (2nd space) with
control arrow keys.Now you try to do the same as Sweet16. This is what
I am trying to do and wish for.
