No, the Mega II video counters will now work with the Video Overlay Card. The
VOC has an entire duplicate of the IIgs video circuitry. This is why you can
use it to duplicate IIgs graphics on a IIe!

There are no registers to read for a VOC, so unless the person uses an RCA
cable from the NTSC out to the NTSC in on the VOC, the two will be randomly out of sync..
