Castle Wolf[en]stein is a B942 deprotect.
Changing $B942 from $38 to $18 in DOS 3.3 will enable you to copy files
onto a standard DOS 3.3 disk.
Copy II Plus should have parameters to do this for you.

You could then copy it onto your hard disk (or 3.5") using DOS 3.3 Launcher
2.0 - works like a charm.
