Setup two oscillators (a pair) to the same volume, Banksel/tsize/res/freq/etc.
Set one to Swap and the other to halted one-shot...don't ask me exactly why,
but they'll play forever (this is how AZ sets the ASIF osc controls when you
save as ASIF/Sustain).
