HyperC and opsys16x

I've put hyperc16.bsq in the incoming subdirectory of the hyperc
anonymous ftp site.  This is a beta version, especially regarding
IIgs users.  This is a HYPERC specific application.  Those without
ftp access can send me a request via email and I'll send you a
copy.  It runs on 65802/816 Apple computers or compatibles.
The hyperc anonymous ftp site is calvin.sfasu.edu.

Previous versions of opsys16 used the 8 bit machine stack in page $1.
This version uses a 16 bit machine stack directly.

Opsys16x and opsys16 contain a true 16 bit cp-interpreter.  Opsys contains
an 8 bit cp-interpreter that emulates a 16 bit machine.  Opsys, opsys16
and opsys16x all run HyperC C programs compiled using the cc script.  This
includes the language tools pp, ppf, hyperc, asm65 asmcp and lnk as well as
the lib and sym utilities.

Caveats:

I suggest that anyone with a hard drive, especially IIgs users, should
use a disk version to test it initially, with the hard drive disconnected.
This version disables interrupts on entry and on the shell 'bye' command
restores the processor status register and any interrupts previously
enabled.  A later version will include 16 bit interrupt support.

ccn compiled programs will put the opsys16x and opsys16 cp-interpreter
in a state it cannot recover from.  *** BEWARE ***.
