The Tonight show, and the Jay walking segment was filmed in and around 
Burbank, CA.
That detail is often made very obvious in the intro, monologue, and credits 
of  show, "...NBC studios in Burbank CA..."

Seeing how you missed that obvious hint and still manages to get it wrong 
what's your excuse for ignorance?...oh wait, as you said, there is no 
excuse.
Seems you are as human as the rest of us.
