Right, I'm actually on EDT right now which is GMT -04:00. As this is
Friday morning for it will work out okay as when I'm working I get off
work at 7 am so could stop into the chat before going to bed for the
day.

This depends on where you are. Where I am in Canada we do observe
daylight savings time and it looks like all but Queensland in Australia
do as well. But yes, if the chat start time changes to daylight savings
and we do as well, the chat would move back by two hours which would
make it too early for me to go to if I'm still working midnight shifts
by then.

I think you meant Friday morning. HADT (Hawaii-Aleution Daylight Time)
is currently at GMT -09:00 which puts 9 pm AEST (GMT +10:00) at 2 am
HADT.

I doubt I'd be able to stay up for much more than a couple hours either.
