    Like a hacker?  No, it won't work.  Faster than 28 MHz osc chip will 
fail to refresh all RAM chips.  I can't imagine how RAM chips can be 
replaced to sustain faster speed.  Transwarp GS card or Zip GS card is the 
solution when they have cache.

    Yes, all will be affected and cease to function.
