Mike,

find the three original disks there:
http://www.brutal-deluxe.fr/products/apple2gs/LemminGS1.2mg
http://www.brutal-deluxe.fr/products/apple2gs/LemminGS2.2mg
http://www.brutal-deluxe.fr/products/apple2gs/LemminGS3.2mg
...and run the installer...
...before, read the ReadMe text file ;-)
