When bidpay was still in business I gladly welcomed out of the country 
sales, since my postal receipt was good enough as proof of mailing. 
Bidpay did not have a policy of deducting funds sent to the seller 
whenever they felt like it.

Unlike the only real funding source left, paypal.

There is simply no way to track door to door delivery for many cheaper 
items as their seller guarantee dicktates.

Plus, 4 of my 7 negatives were from overseas buyers that did not pay for 
the winning item and left a negative when I did, after having to relist 
the item.

So, between E-Bay's new feedback policy and having no real recourse (at 
least negative feedback was *something*) when a buyer stiffs you or 
files a false claim and absolutely no control with paypal, I basically 
said "no more" dealing with losers (even though they are a minority) and 
paypal.
