I just made a recording of the rubber-stamped "16k Startrek" cassette,
as well as a disk image containing the program. You can find them both
here: http://cerberus.cowgod.org/apple2/16ktrek/

It appears to be slightly different from the later cassette. On the
title screen, it displays: "An original program by W.
Sander--6/18/77".
