It's a wash - the ROM 01 loads more tools into RAM during boot up but it is
generally considered more compatible with older titles.
Most developers I know prefer working with the 01.
The ROM 3 is my preference, mostly because the machine is a little faster
booting, and gives the most flexibility with slot management.
