OK, I have installed a clean System 6 over the weekend.
The only extra I have installed was Marinetti 3 and the patch to run
the Uthernet card.

Long story short: after a couple of minutes exposing the IIgs to the
internet Casper crashed to the monitor.
However the iigs is not crashing when no "internet active" application
is running.
This can indicate a problem with some other software I had on my
original setup.

I just installed Arachnid to see how this works but on my "barebone"
system Arachnid is crashing instantly.

I have way to less understanding of the TCP/IP business to fix this
myself, so I rely on suggestions of the experts out on the list.

Anyhow it  is no urgent matter, I use the Uthernet card in the IIgs
mainly for my internal web to exchange files.
This works flawless.

Still I would like to hear a voice of someone who has used his IIgs
with a Uthernet card on the internet and had no trouble.
Somebody running a IIgs webserver with Casper??
