Simple Menu Program ?

My IIGS boots from a CF drive into GS/OS 6. Instead of the Finder, I'd
like to boot into a quick-n-dirty menu program. Something with large
(tiled?) icons and text descriptions, the icons/buttons could be
mouse-clicked or keyboard-selected. The IIGS display is currently a
27" TV connected via a VOC, so easy readibility and use is a must. I
vaugely remember something like this, (maybe from Econ Technologies?),
and I'd like to implement it so my kids can get into the paint
programs and educational stuff - some apps are executable and some are
800k disk images.

Thanks for any thoughts. I'm not against writing something if I have
to...
