Colin,
Please trust Rich. I am sure to tell how Rich did an excellent job to
do softcopy "Understanding the Apple II+ & //e" manual on CD. I was you
when I was disappointed and hated reading PDF and online. I waited for a
very long time until I caught to buy both "Understanding the Apple II+ &
//e" manual on eBay. It is rare harder to find.
If you don't like reading online nor PDF, I would suggest you to print
hardcopy from CD, but hardcopy can't be 100% guarantee to be original
manual. Please give a try to buy Rich's CD. You will be happy what you
have now.
