"Understanding the Apple II/IIe"

Greetings, people.

A couple days ago I ordered myself a copy of _Understanding the Apple
II_, by James Sather, as I had grown tired of reading from the scanned
PDF somebody somewhere put on-line a while back. (Not that I don't
appreciate the people who scan in these old reference materials.
Thankee kindly indeed.)

And what do you know, the book arrived today, in slightly scuffed but
good condition. Not bad for a twenty year-old soft cover. I'm a happy,
happy customer. $34 well spent.

Mind you, I couldn't find Sather's _Understanding the Apple *IIe*_
anywhere on the Internet to save my life. I had gathered previously
that this was a scarce book -- but still, this is ridiculous. I would
have paid up to three figures for it. Or let us say, I was prepared to
pay a dollar amount that would fit into 8 bits -- though not one needing
16.

But the book is nowhere to be found for /any/ price, 16-bit or
otherwise. Not on-line anyway. I'd be glad to hear I'm mistaken though.

So I have the following questions, open to anyone who's familiar with
both books:

(1) Does _Understaning the IIe_ cover the enhanced IIe? Or did the book
come out too early for that? Does it cover the video generation of
double hi-res and double lo-res graphics?

(2) Is there substantial material in _Understanding the IIe_ that isn't
also covered in either (a) _Understanding the II_, or (b) the IIe
Technical Reference Manual (from Apple)?

(3) Does Sather include schematics in _Understanding the IIe_, as he
does in _Understanding the II_? How about interviews with Woz, or any
of the designers?

Thanks for any information.
