Glad you got it to work. I haven't played with setting this up in a while 
but I thought my pre-done image would help. I haven't done this in a while 
but here's one that will toast your brain. There is a way (I've done it) to 
copy images from your PC to dos master volume with ADT! The easiest way is 
to copy DOS 3.3 with ADT into your volume you want to copy an image to. Run 
ADT from that volume, then just copy over the ADT volume with your new disk 
image.
