The "162 LSB only" seems be the 'least significant byte' of the MAC
address, in decimal.

I took a look at uip/uther-drv.c in the Contiki source and found this:

static const struct uip_eth_addr addr =
  {{0x00,0x0e,0x3a,0xa2,0xa2,0x00}};

It would seem only the last byte is configurable, with the default
setting being 162, or A2 in hex. So the default MAC for the Uthernet
with Contiki would be 00-0E-3A-A2-A2-A2.
