I thought the builtin serial was compatible with SSC. But then what I know
about the IIgs could be written on a coaster.

Using HD can be hit and miss. Taping over the hole can work. Except
sometimes it may take five or six full formats. I used them in a mac plus
(400k internal drive). Also in my A500.
Some of them won't submit no matter how much they are pounded. I think it
has to do with the density of the magnetic media.

For a sec I thought I was reading a quote of something I said regarding the
3.5" homebrew interface. As in hardware project, not beer. Speaking of
which the weather is right to do another one :)

Forsome reason I get this image of a small brightly decorated shop selling
phonecards, knick-knacks, and digital logic chips.

If it's not out of your way would you mind? It's something that is common
yet almost impossible to find!
