Oh, wow... How funny.  I guess the new quick jump feature has
overridden the A&Z keys, eh?  Whoops!  Okay, for the older ]['s you use
A-Z for the same quick-jump.  However, left/right only move by one item
at a time.  If you want to go half a screen up or down, use [ and ]
instead.

The //e and //c can still use up/down keys for moving one line, and
left/right to move half a screen at a time.

 I'm posting RC4.  That should take care of it all now.  :-D

Otherwise, I'm glad you're able to get it running on your machine.
Sorry it took so long!  Hard to work on these things when traveling
during the week without a real // to play with.  If you read this
before I post RC4, you can use ctrl-K and ctrl-L to simiulate the up
and down keys.
