If by "it" you mean ADTPro - you can download it from Sourceforge here:
http://adtpro.sourceforge.net/
It's available now.  It's still in "beta" because there's no installer
to speak of, and there are a few more features slowly baking and a few
more bugs lurking.

P.s. could I borrow one of those USB/serial adapters to work out
bare-metal bootstrapping instructions for OSX?  If so, let me know
through the Sourceforge email system...
