I don't think the menu idea is going to fly. At least not inside the
Apple. Slots can't prevent reset from propagating, and there are other
problems too. Stopping the CPU has already been discussed as
problematic.

This leads to a succession of ideas for improvement:
- have a cable with buttons (next/previous) to switch images
- it would be nice to add a number display next to the buttons
- we might have lots of images ... so make it a keypad ;-)
- put the a name into the NIB ... add a text display to the "remote"

In fact, it would be nice to have a box like that with the SD slot.
Anyway, if we get even to step 1 I'll be ecstatic. :-)
