Go find thread about ADTPro. I'm using this gorgeous program and do
everythiing perfectly that you wish to do.

Of course, you'll need some additional equipments such as serial cable,
USB to Serial Adapter, or Super Serial Card.

DSK, 2MG --> real 3.5" or 5.25" diskettes, and vice versa, you can do
it perfectly with ADTPro. (There is older version called ADT 1.2, but
this supports only DOS3.3 while ADTPro supports almost every apple II
machines and disk formats like ProDOS and IIgs 800k 2MG)
