I think i'd be remiss if I didn't put a plug in for my own program,
Diskmaker 8.  If you do get some sort of large volume device then
Diskmaker 8 is really good at taking those disk images and putting them
back to a 5.25" or 3.5" disk.  Supports multiple image types with a
nice an easy to use user interface.  Give it a try!
