Thanks.. Trying to get up to speed.. I grabbed and installed the JDK
docs and a copy of TortoiseCVS.  I suppose, for now, I'll have to use
TextPad as my IDE.

I finally got the full 32MB partition to transfer.  It took 5 hours
plus change.

I just started sending a few more floppies, and I got a couple errors.
Both indicated an error condition (after everything was transferred) on
the PC side.  On the Apple side, the first error didn't seem to be
registered, it said "COMPLETE!", whereas the second disk with an error
came back with "COMPLETE - WITH ERRORS!"..

A possible idea for the Apple client program: (T)est Read Volume -
would let you select a volume and it would do a block-by-block read and
report any read errors on the disk.  Though, I can't say if the last
two errors I got now were because of read errors (I don't think so.)

Welp, I'll let you know how it goes..
