I don't recall there being anything special with the Imagewriter I
serial cable. It is just a normal RS-232 with DB-25's on each end.
And as an aside, I think the Imagewriter I is preferable to the
Imagewriter II. Thought not as fast, it is totally bulletproof. I can't
think of a problem I ever had with an IW 1.

I also don't know why everyone is so down with these drives. I've had
some over the years, and never once had a problem with them. And of
course, they look real nice with a //e and a Monitor //.
