I'll patronize you all I want to until you merit some respect, Limey.
Do see if you can understand this train of thought and not instead get
stuck on defending your frail ego:

    - most makers PAY GOOD MONEY to get suggestions -- particularly
professional ones -- on how to improve their products.   DUH.

    - Bill has stated he is also open to receiving constructive
criticism on his products.

    - Therefore, I repeated to Bill the suggestions that OTHERS have
posted here that I agreed with... reworded to remove all the barbs...
to further encourage Bill in case he would like to make any
improvements.

    - I have no desire to make a RAM card and sell it...  I wouldn't
even if Bill weren't.   This "point" of yours -- that I should make a
card instead of offering suggestions to Bill -- is not only ludicrous,
but is also the typical response of a dejected person doing a mediocre
job when confronted.   Rather than push themselves to do better than
they ever did before (and feel great after doing so!) by taking up the
challenge, they simply throw up their hands and whine, "well, if you
can do it better, why don't you do it?"    To which my response is,
"You're fired!"
