The Apple II Pascal 1.2 manuals are also in the csa2 gmail account.
They are different scans: 300dpi monochrome.

And I also agree it would be wrong to scan the 1.3 manual.  I did
scan Part IV Technical Reference for the P-codes and internals.

Does anyone have the packing list for Apple Pascal 1.3?  I am
curious about what exactly came with it.  Here is the packing
list for Apple Pascal 1.2.
