These only work with mice that are designed to handle both TTL and
RS-232 voltages. If you took a modern PS/2 or PS/2+USB mouse and
plugged it into that serial to PS/2 adapter I think you would be
disappointed with the result - probably a dead mouse or at best it
would just not work..
