Digital scan doubler using the 444 binmary weighted RGB signals from the 
VGC chip.  Can't seem to get the thing working.  Using an Al250 to do 
the conversion but i can't determine the input levels necessary or see 
the synch signals or etc.

I'm looking for assistance.  I have parts, diagrams and theory of 
operation and a custom circuit board that I just cant get to work for 
me.  :(
