I need to figure out some way to relocate a

A DOS system master loads DOS as if the
Apple II only has 4K of memory, then
relocates it to the final area against
top-of-memory. Fooling this relocator
is how most DOS-in-language-card mods
are done. You can also put one of the
many DOS disassemblies into an assembler
and relocate exactly where you want
it to be.

I recall many RWTS capture schemes that were based on booting
a 16K slave diskette, so the game's RWTS could be saved.

Another way to do it, on a 128K IIe, IIc, or IIgs, is to boot the protected disk, BLOAD the file, move it to auxiliary RAM, boot DOS 3.3, move it back to main RAM, and BSAVE it. You can do multiple files with this, depending on how big each one is.
