After rereading this message I realized I didn't think about SYS or
S16 files so I just tried them.  The smart execute command works with
them too so you can add ProDOS 8 system programs (SYS files) and GS/OS
system programs (S16 files as long as BASIC.SYSTEM was started from
GS/OS) to the list above.

Oh, and in testing I did confirm that you don't need a space between
the dash and the program name.
