All three are good. You want a DIP (Dual Inline Package) and it is a 14 pin 
DIP, and the 7402 does indeed have two NAND gates with 4 inputs each.

You don't want packages like SOP, QFP, PQFP, PLCC, etc. Clipping the pins and 
desoldering one at a time is a good suggestion. Also, order quality machine 
pin sockets with gold plate, not tab pin sockets.
