Thank you all for your replies.
Still not sure what the problem is but I definitely had bad blocks that
affected a few files from my old SCSI drive and even trying to copy one
of these would give an error.
Still doesn't explain why the CFFA interdrive copy flakes but I will
perform the test above and if I find anything interesting I will post
it here. It's good to just know that this isn't a regular problem with
the Finder.
I will look into upgrading to v1.4 from v1.2 if I can pinpoint the
problem with the CFFA card. I first had to copy tons of AWGS files off
and now need to translate them before getting back to testing.
By the way Andy, your software rocks for this purpose as well as
backing up my GS via the CFFA. Very cool! Thanks!
