I would recommend making the disk image with ShrinkIt, or putting them
all in a ShrinkIt archive, and copying that over. CiderPress is happy
with disk or file archives. (If you were using serial cables to do
transfers I'd recommend ADT, but you're doing the floppy disk shuffle. With
ShrinkIt's compression you can create an image of an 800K disk and put
it on an 800K disk.)
I recommend doing it this way, rather than copying the individual files,
because you'll probably lose the file types when you do the PC conversion,
which makes it harder to identify the file format. You also run the risk
of something doing an end-of-line conversion and subtly corrupting your
files. If the files are in an archive the file types will be preserved
and any damage will be discovered immediately.
The next question, of course: do you have ShrinkIt on your Apple II?
Check the c.s.a2 FAQ for locations and advice on transferring it if
you don't. Or just flip through recent postings -- somebody else was
asking about it in the last couple of days.
