(1) Create an image of the disk with the AppleWorks files.

(2) Copy the disk image to Windows.

(3) Use CiderPress to extract the files, using the "easy access in Windows"
mode.  Takes the same amount of time whether you're converting one file
or 100 files.

AWP becomes formatted text (.rtf), ASP and ADP become .csv files that
can be loaded into Excel.  The current version does not have a "plain text"
mode, mostly because it hadn't occured to me to have one -- you lose most
of the formatting.  Easy enough to add.
