VGA Box on Apple IIgs???

I have seen that VGA monitor connects to VGA Box. VGA Box connects to
Apple IIgs' RCA port, but it is not RGB video port. Do you think that 40/80
columns, HGR, and DHGR will display nicely on VGA monitor? What about GS/OS
using RCA port? I am sure that it will display poor.
